• Report directly to the Group Managing Director and the Managing Director on every financial matters
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly Financial Reports and other periodic reports
• Preparation of Budget, Cashflow Forecast and ensuring adequate controls
• Works closely with operations department and other units for input for budget and ensure day to day running of
operations efficiently and cost effectively.
• Cost Accounting & Control- Materials Costing, Labour costing, Finished goods pricing etc.
• Works with Production Manager on materials and other resources optimization and initiates cost reduction mechanism
• Works closely with Sales department on Account receivables, customers’ management and gives necessary support for
monthly budgeted turnover actualization.
• Supervision of Account Department and reviewing of all general ledger entries, journal entries etc.
