Executive Search
As headhunting specialists we do not just target candidates who are already on the
market. We proactively identify professionals who are “passive” (not actively seeking a
new role) but fit a client’s requirements exactly. Our specialist consultants can provide a
shortlist of exceptional candidates, headhunted specifically for the role, typically within
four to six weeks of being mandated.
Contingency Recruitment
Since 1997 MRL has worked tirelessly to build a vast database of industry specific, qualified
candidates. This data is constantly reviewed and refreshed and allows us to offer a fast
response contingency service.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
MRL is experienced in the provision of end-to-end Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
projects tailored to fit your business. A typical RPO involves us embedding one of our
Client Relationship Managers with you on-site. This individual becomes the primary point
of contact for all recruitment activities and in turn runs a specialist team of consultants and
second-tier suppliers dedicated to your needs.
Advertised Selection
MRL is hugely experienced in planning, managing and executing high-impact advertised
selection campaigns on a national and international basis. We will take the entire burden

At MRL we strongly believe that we should contribute to the welfare and happiness of
others at the same time as achieving corporate growth objectives.
We actively encourage and support colleagues to become involved in fundraising activities
for our nominated causes. We do this by making corporate donations to the cause, spon-
soring employees fund raising activities and also by granting every MRL employee paid
leave each year to prepare for, undertake or recover from fundraising activities on behalf
of our nominated causes.
The causes we support are the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton (The Alex)
and the Trevor Mann Baby Unit (TMBU) at the Royal Sussex County Hospital - we support
these through the Rockinghorse Children’s Charity.
Rockinghorse was originally established in 1967 to raise funds to buy specialist baby
equipment for The Alex, TMBU and other children’s hospitals in the South East of England.
