Project scope was to completely redesign Bose product development processes and systems affecting more
than 3000 employees and suppliers globally. The solution was implemented in Windchill PDMLink and
ProjectLink 10.2 integrated with Cadence ECAD, and NX MCAD Workgroup Managers, as well as SAP.
Very successful single phase rollout that succeeded in meeting strategic objective of satisfying all critical
business requirements with virtually no customization resulting in a highly scalable and upgradable solution.
Led several cross functional teams responsible for various aspects of the solution including system wide
security design, core elements (container templates, lifecycles, links, revision and numbering schemes),
visualization, reporting, business administration processes to support the entire solution, as well as post go-
live stabilization.
Played an active role in other areas such as ECN processes, design outsourcing, BOM and document
management.
Developed complex mapping logic to transform the database to the new data model resulting in a very
successful migration.
Wrote detailed test plans and led a team of testers through manual and automated testing (using Selenium)
of more than 250K tests yielding near perfect results the first time we deployed to a QA server.

Engineers, Operations, Sales, Support, and Supply users worldwide (multiple sites in NA, EU, and Asia).
Project scope was to convert corporate PLM solution from Agile to Windchill 9 including integrations with
SAP, Cadence ECAD, and Pro/ENGINEER MCAD data management.
Managed cross functional team of 20 employees and up to 30 PTC contractors engaged in all aspects of the
project (solution design, process mapping, development, testing, BCM, cutover, and stabilization).
I was brought in mid project to effectively save it from cancellation as a result of being severely off
schedule and budget. With a new team structure, timeline, and execution plan the project went live on time
with a very successful single phase roll out.

Lead design and development of a customized Pro/INTRALINK Gateway for PDMLink providing fully
automated (1 click to release) bi-directional data synchronization between Pro/INTRALINK and PDMLink.
Managed a very successful migration of Asyst’s Pro/ENGINEER CAD database from Pro/PDM to
