 Primaryliaisonbetweenthe regional managementteamandHQ OIT,keepingthe regional
director(s) informedonthe statusof currentand future IT projects.
 The "face of OIT" to agencycustomers,servingasthe primary customerservice POCforyour
area.Fostera customerfocusedservice environment,acknowledge customerissues,track
statuses,andkeepcustomersinformedof progressuntil resolution.
 PMsupportencompassesrequirementsdefinition,planning,scheduling, settinglocal priorities,
acquisitionprocedures,projectoversight,andcoordinationamong stakeholdersand
contractors.
 Performday-to-dayoversightof ITcontractorson servicesandissuestoensure contracted
performance isconsistentwithtermsandconditionsof the contract.
 ResolvesanycontractissuesviacoordinationwithGovernmentContractOfficerRepresentative
and the Contractor ProgramManager.
 Facilitate VTCeventswithinyourzone involvingSESparticipantsandmaintainvisibilityof area
VTC facilitiestoensure theyremainoperational.
Teamwork/Cooperation
 Responsible fordevelopingandmaintaininggoodworkingrelationshipswithHQstaff,fieldaudit
offices,service contractors,DCAI,regional staff,counterpartsinotherregions/zones,andother
governmentagencies.
 Team withpeers,management,andAgencyPOC'stoaccomplishAgencyobjectives.
 Gain understandingintoOITRmissionandvision,andprovideinputtodetermine whatskills
require developmentandwhatskillsmayneedcontractingtosupportagencymission.
 Aidindevelopingthe DCAA RegionalITsupportstrategy.
CustomerRelationsandSupport
 Serve asthe customerfocusedadvocate forregionwide needsandconcerns. Ensure
customers’ITneedsare beingsatisfiedinatimelymannerbyIT staff. Maintainavailabilityand
monitorthe statusof regional networkresources.
 Manage data circuitadditions,modifications,anddisconnects.
 Facilitate officemovesbyengagingfacilitiespersonnel andrequestingsupportasnecessary.
 Work withOIT branchestoensure all IT projectsandrequestsforsupportare documentedand
tracked.
CybersecurityCoordination
 Coordinate cybersecurityincidentresponseswithfirstrespondersandAgencyInformation
Assurance (IA) Officertoinclude: case reporting;datacollectiontoassesscircumstancesand
impactof incidents,andassistininvestigations(preliminaryinterviewsandfact-gathering).
 Ensure usersare aware of Acceptable Use policies. Implementuserawarenessforall Regional
usersto include publicinformationemailsandresponsetorequestsforguidance.
