I am a committed, confident and enthusiastic individual with one years experience in a customer
service role for a busy local engineering firm. Having held a part-time role through the majority
of my time at school, I offer a genuine work ethic and have continued to learn new skills ever
since completing compulsory education.This willingness to develop and be a success means that
I am very keen to secure a role that will allow me to build my career and become a highly

Answered and logged telephone calls from customers to accurately take product orders
– particularly important for major companies placing large highly specific orders.
Liaised with suppliers to ensure availability and dispatch times.
Visited customers at their premises to promote and/or give specialist advice around
product suitability.
Organised deliveries based upon logistical issues – for example if a number of different
couriers were involved.
Used a bespoke ICT system (SAGE) to record sales, purchases, invoice and customer
