Customer Service Assistant – Eagle Engineering Supplies Limited, Nottingham April 2014 - April 2015 (Completed Apprenticeship)  Answered and logged telephone calls from customers to accurately take product orders – particularly important for major companies placing large highly specific orders.  Liaised with suppliers to ensure availability and dispatch times.  Visited customers at their premises to promote and/or give specialist advice around product suitability.  Organised deliveries based upon logistical issues – for example if a number of different couriers were involved.  Used a bespoke ICT system (SAGE) to record sales, purchases, invoice and customer information.  Worked flexibly by covering other duties as required by management including filing and deliveries. Customer Service Assistant – Department for Work and Pensions, Nottingham March 2014 - April 2014  Supported new and existing claimants to set up e-mail accounts, universal jobs match accounts and complete on-line forms.  As some of the clients had low ICT ability this required patience/understanding at times.
