Katie is also another one who seemed to have done a lot getting this project started and keeping it
going by updating with information.
Katie is well organized, and puts in more than her fair share of work. She is a leader, but also

Hi Katie, I think you do a great job with taking leadership roles and living up to all of the
expectations. You are kind, easy to talk to, and willing to answer any questions that need to be

Hi Katie, I have gotten the chance to work with you this semester, let me start off by saying that
you are awesome! You took on the position of being our peer mentor group leader and have been
doing an amazing job keeping us all together and making sure we meet deadlines. You also bring
such a positive energy it’s contagious. Way to go!
Katie assisted Rebecca with putting together the group rubric. I believe that she is a part of the
care packages group and might be a leader. In my opinion she has a nice balance of leadership
and speaking skills. She does not come across as pushy yet she is able to interact well with others.
You have been reliable in attending team meetings. While in these meetings you have been
regularly participating and accepting responsibility for things that need to be done.
Katie provided her own address and phone number when providing information regarding the care
package ideas. She had great ideas as to what needed to go in the packages and went out of her
way to include her own personal information for drop off and further information we might need.
She was a strong team player and had positive input as well and a number of great ideas regarding
the care package ideas.
Katie is a very active team member. She voices her opinions frequently and constantly gives
constructive feedback. She shows her excitement and passion for the project and towards other
team members. She is an active listener and is engaged in all the discussion.

You help to organize the project, come up with unique ideas, answer any questions that your team

She is always ready to make a list or get everything organized.

splendidly during our breakout sessions, and keeping on top of everyone's tasks. Please keep up

I haven't worked with Katie much on a personal basis but what I have seen in our group meetings
she is very enthusiastic and helpful throughout the meetings.
Katie is a strong team leader. She participates consistently and takes the initiative to contribute to
the group. Katie is a reliable team member who meets deadlines.
Great interacting with the class and keeping up on tasks. You’re very reliable and I can see you
put a lot of effort towards the project!
Hi Katie! I haven't had much interactions with you as much as I would have liked. Thanks again
for putting together the slide for our weekly meeting! I think you do a great job providing any
thoughts and comments you have in our weekly meetings!
In this class it is sometimes hard to make your name stand out because we do not have the faces to
make associations with. I recognize your name as part of the Care Package team. You offer a lot
of really great ideas and suggestions, offering your experience in this area. I think you are doing a
great job during the weekly meetings leading the care package team and updating what has
happened during the week and what we need to do.
