•Always consider a major cleaning before and after each renting season.
Including inside and outside of windows, carpet and upholstery, comforters and blankets
washed, refrigerator and stove, plus cleaning and organizing of insides of cabinets. All
pots and dishware should be scrubbed down and dust and cobwebs removed.
