2. Growing up in the Detroit Area I heard and
learned a lot about different genres of music,
more specifically Motown music. My family is
very music oriented so I heard all different types
of music as a kid. Later on I developed my own
taste in music and have been in love with music
ever since. I also was able to start making
connections with people early on due to being a
fangirl of many different artists/groups. I decided
to come to Full Sail to pursue my dreams and
build my education about Music Business after
years of self-doubt due to not doing the
“traditional schooling”. Now I’m here and ready
to pursue a career in music business.

Ever since covid-19 and having no live shows for almost 2 years fans have
gone crazy with camping for shows to be as close as they can be to their
favorite artists. Well, a new system for shows have been in place for some
shows. If the shows have a pit or general admission standing area they will
do lottery picks for first in line. They have been doing this for artists like
Harry Styles who have sold out shows and have made it better for fans to
possibly experience the front row without camping outside the venue for
days.

Methodology:
Forbes valued more than 200 global brands by looking at three years of earnings and allocating a percentage of those earnings based on the role brands play in each industry (e.g., high for luxury goods and beverages, low for airlines and oil companies). We applied the average price-to-earnings multiple over the past three years to these earnings to arrive at the final brand value.
