  5. 5. 2. We use Present Perfect with words or expressions of unfinished time. Unfinished time started in the past and continues into the present.

  7. 7. 3. We use Present Perfect when we talk about change over time.
  8. 8. Other Examples: “Singapore has become one of the most expensive cities in th world.” “Scientists have discovered a new virus that can be transmitted from animals to humans.”
  9. 9. 4. We use Present Perfect when we talk about uncompleted actions that we expect to finish in the future.
