PAYS?
An academically rigorous program designed to
prepare traditionally underrepresented students
to enroll and succeed at highly selective colleges
and universities by supporting the development
of leadership and critical thinking skills.
11. PAYS IS...
● 4 week summer component at Pomona College
● 3 year commitment beginning spring of 9th grade
● Year long academic support:
○ College Advising, Tutoring, SAT Prep etc.
● Development of critical thinking and civic
engagement toward a vision of social justice
● Leadership/collaboration
