Major Project: AnalysisandreportingonPeoplePulsesurveyresultsfromExecutiveSearchclients.
Overview: People Pulse surveysare sentannuallytoall Executive Searchmainclientsanddecision
makersgaugingclientsatisfactionwiththe servicesprovidedandthe qualityof candidatesand
overall executivesearchexperience.The surveysfor2014 had notbeenproperlyanalysedandthe
2015 resultsonlyjustreceived.
Kathleenreviewedthe dataforthe 12 monthperiodsviathe surveyconsole,reportingbyyearand
then,as a comparative reportforthe two yearperiod.The resultswere tobe preparedina
previouslydevelopedtemplate,withgraphics.Eachsurveyrequiredthe identificationof risk
elements,keyperformance criteria andfrombothqualitative andquantitative responses.Kathleen
drewuponthe data to identifythemes,aswell asprovidingnumerical comparisonsandoverall
percentage results.
The graphics automaticallygeneratedbythe systemwereof poor qualityforprintreproductionand
Kathleen,onherowninitiative recreatedthemfromExcel,dramaticallyimprovingthe final output.
The reportswere developedindividually,andwithsupportingdocumentationsuppliedincludingthe
original respondentlistings,resultsbyyearandfinal reports.Kathleenalsoprovidedapreliminary
draft overviewof the results,drawingoverall conclusionsaccordingly.
OTHER PROJECTS
KathleenwasprovidedwithtrainingbothonPeople Pulseinterface forthe above projectaswell as
the HGI CRM, TRIS, a specialistexecutivesearchandrecruitmentsystem,aswell asthe in-house
filingsystem.
Otherprojectsincluded:
 Formattingandassistingwiththe presentationof final reportstobe submittedtoclientsat
the endof the searchprocess,presentingpossible candidatesforreview;
 Researchingpossible candidatesonlineandutilising LinkedInforbackgroundcheckingand
verificationas wellassourcingpotential new candidatesforspecificpositions;
 Transcribingcandidate reference checkresultsforinclusioninclientreports;
 Checkingandupdatingsearchcandidate dataincludingidentifyingthe original source of the
candidate;the source fora specificjobapplication;
 Collationof refereedetailsfromall applicationsreceivedinthe currentfinancialyear
reportingperiodandentryof data withidentifiablesource.
The above tasks greatlyassistedthe executive searchteamduring averybusyperiodand
furthermore resultedinthe collectionof valuable dataforongoinganalysisanduse.Kathleen
showedinitiativeinapplyingherself toall tasks,workingwell withthe othermembersof the
executivesearchteamandwasa valuable assetduringhertime atHGI.
