EXPERIENCE Human Resource Benefits specialist, Ceridian. 1998- Present
• Assist in account reconciliation related to a multi payroll department.
• Audit all payroll transactions and reports. Update any discrepancies.
• Exported time cards from Time Pro into the company payroll system, ran all
imports and exports related to the biweekly payroll processing for the client.
• Ran and distributed all pre and post payroll reports.
• Prepared check requests for all wire transactions for the client.
• Manage the Ceridian Employee Stock Purchase and 401K Plans.
• Coordinate of termination processes and paperwork to ensure final payments
are accurate and promptly executed.
• Point person working with management and third-party disability vendors to
determine participant eligibility and ensure proper payments.
• Provide coordination to ensure new hires and associated managers have
completed new hire and benefit forms properly and in a timely manner.
• Maintain employee’s HR/PR records update all changes to salary, job titles,

• Part of a six sigma team that designed and implemented a process to collect
overpayments incurred by terminated employees.
• Owner of term and new hire processes, providing regular review and updates
as necessary to ensure alignment of policy, tools and process.
