Major achievements HSBC Procurement - Change Manager Successful deployment of Oracle Fusion technology and processes to 50K UK expenses users and 50 accounts payable employees in UK and India. Senior Manager accountable for all people change areas - Communications, Training, Change Impact Assessment, Business Readiness and Post Go Live support. Core area of focus were ensuring adequate engagement and buy in from challenging senior stakeholders and resistant impacted teams.This resulted in offer of permanent position in HSBC. Vodafone Group Finance - Change and Transformation Manager Successful deployment of Oracle Hyperion Planning technology to finance teams in multiple European locations over 2 releases. Senior Manager accountable for all people change areas - Communications, Training, Change Impact Assessment, Business Readiness and post go live support. Core area of focus was senior stakeholder buy in and ensuring communications and engagement was adapted to country specific cultures and ways of working. Again this resulted in offer of permanent position in Vodafone. Centric Energy - Business Readiness Lead and Process Lead Successful deployment of SAP to existing UK finance teams to support Joint Venture (JV) initiative involving Centrica selling a 50% equity interest in its wind farm assets to a US investment company. Senior Manager accountable for implementing a formal governance structure and change plan. Core focus area was development of process architecture to enable internal and external stakeholders to understand the transition plan to new ways of working. The Stakeholder feedback from Centrica stakeholders and the Joint Venture leadership team was excellent due to a vast improvement in communications between stakeholders, end users and the programme. British Gas - SAP Training Deployment Project Manager Successful deployment of new SAP training modules to 10k British Gas employees in over 15 locations. Accountable for Training approach, plan and also the design, build and deployment of SAP and Siebel e-Learning & Instructor-led training in the areas of CRM, Finance, Customer Service, Sales, and Billing & Workflow management modules. Recognised as largest SAP deployment undertaken to date globally and aligned to the largest Siebel implementation in Europe. British Gas Business - SAP Training Design and deployment manager Successful deployment of SAP training to 900 employees across 3 UK locations. Recruited to perform a ‘deep dive’ by the IS CIO and manage critical slippage in Business Readiness Plan being managed by 3rd party consultancy. Addressed significant slippage in the area of SAP Training Design and Delivery plan by externally recruiting and mobilising team of 20 training consultants within 4 weeks. Successful in realigning delivery plan within 3 months thus enabling the commencement of SAP training on time and within the required delivery schedule. Work recognised by CIO of British Gas and BGB for delivery of ‘best in class’ projects on both programmes winning in-house business awards and fast track talent management nominations. 1
