She is currently the Coordinating Producer for the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association Regional Television Network, where she creates formats for basketball and football games. She also produces the weekly college sports TV program Inside the Game and the HBCU Playback Series - Football Edition. In addition, Kadida ensures sponsor obligations are met for broadcasts and digital properties and has helped with charitable organizations like Habitat for Humanity. Upon arrivingat Urban Sports & Entertainment Group (USEG) in Februaryof 2014, Kadida has worked in the capacityof
coordinating producer for the Central Intercollegiate AthleticAssociation (CIAA) Regional Television Network, creating
game day and commercial formats for basketball and football games, includingone of the nation’s largest experiential
basketball tournaments,the CIAA Basketball Tournament. Kadida alsoensures sponsor obligationsare met throughout
the television broadcasts, including; program segments, billboards, commercialsand in-game and halftime interviews
for those games. Kadida is the liaison between the game day production, the satellite trucks, and the syndicated
television stations that carry our sports programmingpackage. USEG’s sports programmingpackages are syndicated on
every major market in North Carolina, Richmond, VA, Columbus, GA, and nationwide on the Soul of the South Network,
and also on Hall of Fame basketball legend, Magic Johnson’s ASPiRETelevision Network.
In addition to coordinating producinglive football and basketball gamesfor the CIAA, Kadida also produces the
renowned, weekly, 30-minute college sportstelevision program, InsidetheGame (ITG), spotlightingthe hits,highlights,
and playmakersof HistoricallyBlack Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) nationwide alongside the program’s Associate
Producer, ESPN commentator, and ITG show host, Stan Lewter. In addition to ensuringsponsored elementsare executed
throughout the show, Kadida has played a key role in ensuringa strong social media footprint throughout all USEG
properties,includingaggregatingcontent on company’s Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Google+ pages. Kadida also
serves as writer/producer/director for the ASPiRENetworks HBCUPlayback Series – Football Edition, hosted by ESPN’s
Doug Stewart and CBSSports’ Rashan Ali.
Kadida is currently a resident of Charlotte, NC but a rabid Philadelphia sportsfan. She is also an active participant in
organizations such as Habitat for Humanityand Phoenix of New Orleans, and hashappilyhelped build/refurbish more
than a half dozen homes throughout Louisiana after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. In her free time, Kadida isa
