This document summarizes an inset report from Tandag Central Elementary School. It provides details on the number of teachers at the school and their grade level assignments. It also outlines two recent learning action cell (LAC) sessions conducted for teachers, including topic areas addressed, delivery format, and number of participating teachers. The report notes that one LAC session was rescheduled due to a conflicting school event. It identifies overlapping school and division activities as a challenge and recommends rescheduling LAC sessions to better accommodate teacher schedules.

4. CHALLENGES/ISSUES/CONCERNS RECOMMENDATIONS
Our school has 22 teachers as of this
moment, the original schedule for our LAC
for the IPCRF Review and Updates was on
February 6 to 7, but this was moved to
February 16 to 17 due to the Tandag City
Selection Meet, most of the teachers were
not around and some who were not
coaches were chosen to be of help in
preparing snacks and lunch for our
athletes.
The said overlapping of School and
Division Activities is the prime concern of
some INSET coordinators and since this
LAC topic is one of the most important
concerns of the teachers hence we decided
to reschedule it for the days when most
teachers are present.
1. Re-scheduling of LAC sessions will be
targeted to 1 to 5 days so that we can still
conduct the said LAC session at a suitable time
for every teacher.
2. The LAC PLan should be the first LAC topic to
update the teachers on the different schedules
and solicit their suggestions on the assigned
schedule of every Suggested LAC session.
