I am writing to express my intention to inform you that I am a SLAS writer on Edukasyon sa
Pagpapakatao subject in our Division. This letter also served as my proof that the said SLAS was
being used and utilized in our school.
I also attached the list of my SLM made for your reference and guidance.
I believe that my locally made SLM of mine was very helpful to many students in our Division
and I am very grateful that I was chosen to be part of this amazing project of our Division,
particularly in reaching out the learners who have difficulty in long distant learning modality, due
to Corona Virus/Covid 19 Pandemic crisis.
