We love the dawning of a new year. It’s a clean, blank slate ready for us to scrawl on any future we so choose. However, 2011 arrived with many
not feeling quite as ready to face the future. Price rises run alongside pay freezes. Public sector redundancies are rife, but the private sector is not

3. CHARITY AT CHRISTMAS
Christmas is said to be a time of giving and nowhere more so than within our Network. Distributors from up and down
the country used their businesses as a vehicle to help others this season – collecting items such as toys and cash to go
to worthy causes.
Senior Executive Distributor, Stephen Smith emailed EWB to let
us know that he and seven of his colleagues had been asking their
customers if they would like to donate gifts and toys for the Barnardo’s
children’s charity. Together they raised just over £2,000 and were
featured in many of their local newspapers.
And Gold Distributors, Linda and Alan Cannings told EWB:
“We know we all make an effort to earn great money at

We have actually raised £125 for Macmillan Cancer by giving a
