SMART VILLAGE, 2nd SMART TOWN & 3rd SMART CITY)
• Compulsory RULE is required such as Burka or parda path has to abolish. It will
free the women to reach school or hospital for learning.
• Compulsory rule is required to WE ARE TWO WE HAVE TWO हम दो हमारे दो। If
any family getting 3rd issue ,that family has to immediately donate the IST
issue to GOVT (MILITARY DEPARTMENT).MILITARY DEPARTMENT has to
develop few more residential school in various region. Name should be
changed, child should be kept in different region unknown to the parents.
