established in 2012.

Erick Chrispin
Founder & Managing Director
He is holding a Bachelor Degree in Sociology and Anthropology
from University of Dar es salaam Tanzania.
He has successfully been working as a consultant, trainer and
motivational speaker on human potential development,
organizational, business & social Entrepreneurship with local and
international organizations for a couple of years before founding
TrueMaisha Consultancy in 2012 which is converted to
TrueMaisha Training Company Limited in 2015.
He is also a founder and chairman of Tanzania Social
Entrepreneurship Forum (TASEF) 2012, which is a partner
organization of TrueMaisha Training Co. Limited.
Erick Chrispin is also a writer of his popular motivational book
titled (5 habits of successful people Swahili version (Tabia 5 za
watu waliofanikiwa).
He is fluent in English and Swahili languages.

Business Development Director
She is holding a Masters Degree in Business:

Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) in
collaboration with LUND University-Sweden.
