period of time, people will consume less as the price increases (by switching to
more fuel-efficient cars, mass transit, consolidating trips, carpooling, or just

Zone Based Fees
Multiple Zones can be created for special fee collections. Zones can be based on different
shapes. Vehicle mileage is calculate based on entering and leaving zones. Different rates
can be applied to zone based on date and time. Drivers can be notified on different rate
zones while in vehicle or dispatch locations.

• IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement). This is an agreement that provides for
the consolidated reporting of motor fuels (i.e., Gasoline, Diesel Fuel, Liquefied Gas)
taxes for qualifying commercial motor vehicles traveling in more than one state.
