What’s a payment report?
Your payment report gives you a detailed
breakdown of the donation payments we make
to your organisation.
If you’re a UK charity, the report also includes
details about your monthly Gift Aid payments.
Each report includes:
• the amount we’ve paid to you and our fees
• the donor (unless they’ve asked to remain
anonymous)
• the fundraiser whose page received the
donation (this will be left blank for
donations made straight to your
organisation).

Simplifying your payment reports
If you’re a charity based in the UK, we’ve got a
tool to help you manage your data more easily
– we call it the ‘payment report manager’.
It will set up your donation and Gift Aid reports
so that you only see the information you’re
interested in.
You’ll also get a calculation in the bottom left-hand
corner, showing the total amount paid to
your charity.
Learn how to use the payment report manager
by following our step-by-step guide.

Your fundraising page report
Create a fundraising page report to find the information
you need to know about the pages linked to your cause.
It includes the fundraiser’s contact details and how much
they’ve raised. Use these to thank your fundraisers and
help them reach their targets.

What’s a fundraising page report?
Your fundraising page report shows you all the
information you need to know about the
fundraising pages connected to your organisation.
This includes the contact details of the people who
have created pages and how much they’ve raised.
There are three types of fundraising page reports:
• Pages created - so you can identify new
fundraisers and contact them
• Pages expiring - so you know when to thank
your fundraisers
• Pages with an event date - so you can see
all the pages created for specific events and
the total raised for the event.
