TACTICAL/OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
MISSION ESSENTIAL, BAGRAM AIRFIELD AFGHANISTAN March 2015-
Present
JTF Odin ISS-A/TFAN CIST Intelligence Analyst. Operational and tactical intelligence analysis and
coordination with Counter Intelligence, Biometrics and Force Protection teams to screen local
national linguists, base security, on-base employees and Afghan National Army and police personnel
to protect against green on blue and insider threat at BAF and gain knowledge of BGDA through
local population. Research in Palantir, BI2R, Coral Reef and received basic training in CI screening
and PCASS (Preliminary Credibility Assessment Screening System). Assist in screening, bio
enrollment of ANSF members on base and operations for local alerts concerning information on IDF
points of origin and insider threat streams.
Function as a part of a Counterintelligence Support Team (CIST) in support of CJ2 analytical
requirements. Responsible for analysis, reporting, database management in preparation of Local
National (LN) assessments to detect and mitigate insider threats and support overall Force
Protection. Utilizes Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) products to
gauge the effectiveness of collection operations, 24/7 Indications & Warning withstanding and all-
source exploitation of documents and media from LN.
Operational and tactical real-time intelligence analysis and coordination with Counter Intelligence,
Biometrics and Force Protection teams to screen local national linguists, base security, on-base

 On a weekly basis CIST screens approximately 40 LN and linguists by utilizing different means of
SIGINT and HUMINT collections
 Provides input to multiple Government requirements and objectives, assist with the analysis and
production of various intelligence products, and supply analytical support for senior Military leaders
 Provides analysis and evaluations for incoming linguists and LN workers to the collector in support of the
LN validation process
ALL SOURCE SENIOR INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
NGIC (NATIONAL GROUND INTELLIGENCE CENTER), KINGFISHER, CAMP LEATHERNECK, AFGHANISTAN

All-Source Intelligence Analyst responsible for researching, developing, presenting and
publishing intelligence products at the tactical and operational level related to insurgent cell
activities.
Support operational intelligence, research and produce all-source Network Analysis to facilitate
multi-disciplined and holistic targeting in the supported units deployed in Afghanistan. Construct and
provide a complete picture of the network in order to define the network structure, and
characteristics. Identify key nodes and targets within the supported units Area of Operations and
assess the targets vulnerability. Assist ROC (Regional Operations Company) operations focusing on
FOB closures in northern Helmand, surrounding village and route analysis to support ROC missions
on the ground.
Research, produce, and maintain JPEL Target Support Packages on identified individuals to be
approved for targeting. Coordinate with Biometrics and Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) to
determine if the target has any prior detainments or is linked to forensic evidence. Support the
targeting process by coordinating with HUMINT, SIGINT, and ISR collection assets in tracking and
developing target pattern of life. Assist Afghan National Army with developing and continuing their
targeting program after retrograde. Sanitize and transfer JPEL packages to ANA.
 Provide input to multiple Government requirements and objectives
 Provide actionable analytical support for senior Military leaders
 Disseminate High Value Individual targeting products, documents, and media from C-IED operations and
detainees
 Worked with National Intelligence Agencies
 Liaised with foreign countries'intelligence services to target terrorist personalities and support operational
requirements and equities in a deployed environment
 Maintained systematic, cross-referenced intelligence records and files to generate investigative reports

INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

Provided all-source targeting intelligence support in the production of daily and weekly intelligence
articles for publication on Global IED incidents including Iraq and Afghanistan, conduct research
and analysis using open and classified sources, CIDNE, develop new approaches and methodologies
to address research and intelligence gaps, focus on terrorist activities involving IEDs. Update content
and database for J2 website, write and coordinate RFIs, log, save and distribute RFIs to appropriate
subject matter experts, act as liaison between customer and JIEDDO J2 analysts, coordinate
appropriate approval for RFIs, and administration of several analytic products, answer RFIs related
to Directors Intelligence team as assigned.

Senior Intelligence Sergeant responsible for all-source collection, analysis, production and
dissemination of target intelligence in support of operations worldwide.
CENTCOM Watchfloor Team. Collect, review, interpret, and integrate data from multiple sources,
database support for merchant and naval activity, monitor ship positions and vessels of interest in the
CENTCOM AOR, specific to Iranian Navy and IRGC Naval activity, coordinate with subject matter
experts, such as Iran SMEs, and fleet commands, monitor all Iranian Naval activity, including

Classified and open source research, query databases, background research, coordinate requests for
information from fleet, various Commands, Chief of Naval Operations. Prepare material, write, edit,
