  4. 4. Dribbling-Coaching Points Dribbling into space - Laces Dribbling (Toe down/Ankle Locked ) - Small Touches so you can scan Changing direction - Opposite foot plants beside ball - Plant Leg Knee Bent - Outside of the foot touch away from defender
  5. 5. Dribbling Into Space Activities Equipment 1)Soccer ball 2)Cones/Object to replace cones 5 Reps of 1 minutes. Challenge:How many can you complete in the Minute? You get 5 Chances each Day. Dribbling in Space Activity

  7. 7. Passing/Receiving Coaching Points Passing - Inside of the foot (Ankle locked/Toe up) - Plant foot beside ball (Knee Bent ) Receiving - On your toes ready to receive - Open hips to receive across body - Inside of the foot (Ankle locked/Toe up)
  8. 8. Passing Activity Equipment: 1)Ball 2)Wall/Partner 5 Rounds of 20 Reps. Challenge: How many completed passes can you make in 1 Minute?
  9. 9. Receiving Activity Equipment: 1)Ball 2)Wall/Partner 3)4 Cones 5 Rounds of 20 Reps. Challenge: How many times can you receive through the gates in 1 Minute?

Turning From Dribbiling Coaching Points Shielding - Arm out/Side on/ ball on farthest foot Pull back turn - Plant foot beside ball - Use sole of foot doing the move to pull it back. - Accelerate Outside Foot Turn - Plant foot just past ball. - Bend the knee of the plant leg to accelerate - Use outside of the foot to dribble away. - Accelerate Inside Foot Turn - Bend the Knee of the leg doing the move to accelerate - Use inside of of the foot to dribble away. - Accelerate Cruyff Turn - Plant foot beside ball - Bend knee of plant foot - Use the inside of your foot doing the move to move the ball behind plant leg - Accelerate

Turning From Shielding Coaching Points Body Position when receiving - Side on - Arm out - Knees bent - On your toes Outside Foot Turn - Shift Weight on to your Plant foot - Take Touch with outside of your foot - Turn your hips into the direction you want to go Inside Foot turn - Make contact with Defender and shield - Take Touch with Inside of your foot of your foot - Turn your hips into the direction you want to go Cruyff Turn - Step in one direction with your plant leg - Let ball move between legs - Use inside touch behind plant leg to go sideways

Ball Mastery Coaching Points Scissor -Plant foot draws a circle over the ball then stops beside ball -Outside foot touch Stepover - Foot doing the move draws circle over the ball then stops beside it - Outside foot touch Pull back V Turn - Place sole of your foot on top of the ball. - Pull it back then with the same foot take a inside touch away Pull back L Turn - Place sole of your foot on top of the ball. - Pull it back then with the same foot take a Inside touch behind your plant foot -
  15. 15. Ball Mastery Activities Ball Mastery - Complete each skill move 20 times 10 per foot.(10 Right foot/1 Left Foot) Ball Mastery Challenge - Take 1 minute to see how many skills you can complete. (5 Tries)

  18. 18. Juggling Activities Juggling Pyramid - Allow ball to bounce in between juggles. Catch after each amount done. Juggling challenge - Count your high score without letting the ball bounce.
