While Josie provided excellent
suggestions on numerous items, this
was especially the case with the
Merchant Scorecard. Josie refined
the process by automating the data
generation. It will now only take
30 minutes per month to generate
all the scorecards, rather than
several hours!

Josie always ensures that she has
the right understanding of what
needs to be done. This was
particularly the case with the
Burroughs invoices that she
processed. There are accounting
treatment requirements of which
2. expenses are depreciated versus
expensed, and Josie was careful in
breaking down the invoices
appropriately.

Josie worked on projects supporting
several different groups, including
Cash Services (Annie), Merchant
(Heather), Print & Mail contracts
(Laura) and Commercial Risk Middle
Office (Bruce). She did an
excellent job of coordinating the
requirements with each of these
individuals and feedback I received
from them was excellent.

Josie is very adept at utilizing MS Office
tools, particularly with the work she did in
Excel with the Merchant Scorecard. She
also quickly grasped using Huntington-
specific applications, including the SPA
invoice entry system, and EDR document
imaging system.
