Developed a standardized sustainability tracking system for measuring raw
material usage, wastes, emissions and recyclables at each manufacturing plant. This
system is now implemented across the entire company to ensure sustainability
metrics are monitored at all Greatbatch manufacturing sites.

department at Greatbatch Medical Device Company Raynham, MA Campus
Assisted the Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability department in
conducting compliance research for specific products at the request of Greatbatch
customers around the world. I was expected to communicate with customers and
suppliers on a daily basis to obtain information on hazardous chemicals. I was also
expected to write reports and give presentations regarding any new regulations or
changes to existing regulations which pertained to company products. In addition, I
would make recommendations to the design teams to change any non-compliant
parts to alternative parts that were compliant with regulations.
