EQR-200
VIBRATORY DISC MILL
Preparing samples in the cement industry
requires a first step to reduce the samples to
dust. The EQR-100 Mill has been specially
designed to crush samples and reduce them to
analytical size in seconds.
Using the unit is very simple. Placing in the steel
jars is easy. The unit is also provided with a digital
display, with which can choose the milling speed
more appropriate for each type of sample, and
which gives information at all times about the
status of the process.
Safe. A sensor locks the door when the mill is
working.
Comfortable. Practically noiseless thanks to its
acoustic insulation and the anti-vibratory system in
the milling cabinet.
Robust. Carefully manufactured, the EQR-200 can
work for long hours with very little maintenance.
The fixing system allows for a quick and safe
replacement of the jars.

The preparation of samples in the cement industry requires a first step to
drastically reduce its size. The EQJ-100 Jaw Crusher has been desig-
ned to crush samples of up to Ø 50 mm and reduce them to diameters
of less than 1 mm in a short time.
The sample falls between one oscillating manganese steel jaw and a fixed one,
where the crushing takes place. The distance between the jaws can be adjusted
to increase or reduce the crushing size.
A “debounce” hopper enables the user to safely feed the unit, and a sensor stops
the machine automatically should the crushing chamber open for any reason.
The 1.5 CV engine transfers its power to the mobile jaw to generate an intense
crushing.
After this primary reduction, the user may resort to our Vibratory Disc Mill to
reach the necessary analytical grain size.

Created for the obtention of
high quality pellets, can exert a
pressure of up to 40 tons.
Very easy to operate, it is a simple
and very efficient unit. You can
regulate the time and pressure

The double cycle helps
releasing occluded gas from
the sample, ensuring high
quality pellets.
This unit allows you to exchange
quickly the pressing tools for
preparing pellets of different

The Ultrapress adds to the
capacities of its predecessor
(the EQP-100) the possibility
of making pellets of varied
diametersd simply changing
the pressing tool. This latter
also facilitates the cleaning
and maintenance of the

F SERIES INDUCTION FLUXER - F1 y F2
Two excellent fusion units by induction,
to prepare pellets for their analysis by
XRF, and solutions for AA and ICP.
Two units of great properties and
performance. They can produce, fast
and accurately, beads and dissolutions
with classical flux (borates) as well as to
undertake high quality fusions of non
oxidized elements with peroxide.
The induction heating system increases
noticeably the speed of the heating up
with a low energy consumption.
Both units are perfectly automated,
their properties allow the control of the
temperature in real time, and to program
elements such us the heating times,
stirring process for the crucibles, pouring
speed and angle, cooling down of
crucibles and moulds, and stirring speed
for the solutions. The gas release system
lets you place the unit wherever suitable,
not needing to be located under extractor
hoods. Its powerful software has got the
capacity to save up to 50 programs with
varied data for all types of samples, and it
is very easy to use thanks to its graphical
and intuitive display. A security lock
system in the safety door stops any access
to hot areas whilst the unit is working.
The F2 model has got two completely
independent working stations.
