Facilitated and instructed private and grouplessons for all ages on J22s and Sonars, providing a
large draw for out-of-town and continuing customers
Coordinated, managed, and directed volunteers for an intercity outreach program, working with
groups as variedas juvenile offenders to elementary school classes
Managed the Access-Ability program which enables peoplewith a variety ofmental and physical
disabilities to experience sailing
Developedschedules, supervised, and supported a staffofapproximately 50, including training,
discipline, and quality assurance through close personal supervision
Planned and executed our largest annual fundraising event, the “Charm City Ya’ Gotta Regatta”,
which raised a total ofover $100,000
Developedand implemented a comprehensive STEM program for a class of10 students over18
weeks, including using the USSailing Little Red Book to track progress with sailing skills
Completed lesson plans for 2-week summersailing and STEM camp using the US Sailing REACH
