Consulted the vice president (marketing), in creating a coherent global corporate space branding

headquarter building, museum, global brand shop, local showroom and service center.

Served as a senior executive director and reported to the chairwoman, K. Supaluk Umpujh, on world-
class luxury mixed-use retail development, EM-QUARTER(232,257sqm) with indoor landscaped
retail park component within. Worked on design management, lifestyle retail benchmarking, new
site finding for next to come, EM-SPHERE project in collaboration with the Mall Groups project
team, international architects and local consultants.
2009~2010 HAEUNDAE LCT TOWER (TRIPLE SQ. DEVELOPMENT) BUSAN, KOREA
Trusteed Intermediary consultant: Senior executive director (VP level)
Served as a senior executive director on 3.5 Billion USD mixed-use skyscraper project by Triple
Square Consortium and reported directly to the chairman, Lee YoungBok. This 125/85/85 storey
tower is comprised of luxury housing, a themed water park, amenity retail/dining/entertainment,
genome healthcare facility, and 6 star hotel. Focused on residential/retail/waterpark RE product
building and design management of international and local design consultants.
