Short demo video showing the feature richness of eXplorer. Lack of support from 3rd
party provider as well as low usage has brought about the need to find alternatives

8. DEFAULT FOR MULTIMEDIA
For many years Flash was the default for multimedia and to some extent visualisations

9. NEED FOR PLUGIN

10. LACK OF SUPPORT
Even Adobe halted project on Flash mobile

11. POOR ACCESSIBILITY
Many developers did not consider accessibility when working with
Flash, and in the early days support was almost non-existence.

12. FLASH GOT A MAKEOVER
Indeed, flash has had a makeover in recent years

13. IMPROVEMENTS
Including in the areas of accessibility

14. TECHNOLOGY HAS MOVED ON
But advancements in technology, especially
in the area of visualisation has accelerated

15. Partly due to the increasing demands of the users which is now
moving from web 2.0 to the new internet of things and web 3.0

16. .STAT STRATEGIC DIRECTION
Enable easy embedding of charts and improve user
experience across wide range of devices.
As a product .Stat also needs to move
forward to meet its strategic objective

18. CSPA COMPLIANT SERVICE FOR CHARTING
A Graphical Service generates charts and maps out of
statistical data, primarily for dissemination purposes
to communicate and visualise a precise message.
