What is grinding machine?
● A grinding machine, often shortened to grinder, is
a machine tool used for grinding,
● Which is a type of Machining using an abrasive
wheel as the cutting tool. Each grain of abrasive on
the wheel's surface cuts a small chip from the
workpiece via shear deformation

The working of a grinding machine:
A grinder features an electric motor that supplies
motion power to the grinding wheel using pulley and
belt. For the portable grinder, the rotor is inside the
grinding machine and the power switch is located beside
the handle of a grinder. So, the switch must be pressed
before the grinder works.

ABRASIVE
An abrasive is a material, often a mineral, that is
used to shape or finish a workpiece through
rubbing which leads to part of the workpiece
being worn away by friction
