generation trading applications for client capture resulting in an 80% reduction in risk, 18%
reduction in manual input through simplified cross-currency payments, and a 15% reduction in
manual input for bulk payment files and client capture.
 Business-line functional manager for automation of the commercial trading activity.
o Overhauled the product line and increased straight-through-processing by 65%, providing
increased revenues of 55%
o Instrumental in automating branch generated activity, cutting hold time by 70%
o Primary automation resulted in reductions in cost-per-transaction from $21 to under $4
and reduced the error rate of manual transactions dramatically.
o Led discussions in negotiating accounting and fee sharing where product lines and
responsibilities crossed business units.
o Wrote policies and procedures to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance
guidelines.
 Key Contributor on the merger transition teams for Fleet, NationsBank, Boatman’s, FNB, and
NCNB
o Combined the trading platforms and product lines of the two international payment

 Designed a global web based order-management application for use by traders and coordinated
implementation globally. This application reduced the error rate by 94%.
 Integrated the FX trading activity of NationsBank with the options business of CRT.
