Dear Sheriff ________________, of ______________ County, over the state of ________________, while I make my
run for McCain's current US Senate seat as an Independent Conservative Libertarian, I want all elected law
enforcement officers across the nation must know of my plans, as America will also know. Every elected law
enforcement officer across the nation will receive a copy of this letter along with Congress /Lawmakers/Local
Officials with similar versions and your responses made “very public”. I intend to gather national public support to
see oaths are upheld and LAW is enforced . America is dying due to statutes written for the highest bidder. It's
your duty as an elected law officer to prevent statutes from hindering the Bill of Rights, just as Congress is supposed
to do.
An Oath of Office is required by the Constitution; the wording is prescribed by law. You are aware that every elected
official across the nation, including and especially referring to Congress and other lawmakers have taken the same
Oath of Office as you have, and renew it each year both in writing and verbally. That Oath is close to as follows:
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all
enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely,
without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the
office on which I am about to enter: So help me God. ”
The Constitution contains an oath of office only for the president. For other officials, including members of Congress,
members of the military and elected law enforcement the document specifies only that they "shall be bound by Oath
or Affirmation to support this constitution." In 1789, Congress reworked this requirement into a simple fourteen-word
oath: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States."
The Constitution refers to the Bill of Rights and we know that many laws exist which violate the Bill of Rights
whether it's the “unequal treatment under the law” such as the ACA and Dodd-Frank which create multiple classes of
US citizens in direct violation of the 14th Amendment from child snatching under the guise of CPS without court (4th
,
5th
Amendments), or any law anywhere, “infringing” upon gun ownership and the bearing of arms in self defense,
--excluding federal property or common sense laws which the US Constitution allows for with gun ownership by the
insane or convicted violent felons-- Including local laws that create multiple classes of US citizens and often deprives
law enforcement agencies from serving Justice, with due diligence. Washington DC is a perfect example.
THIS LETTER is my request that you join America by re-taking your Oath and step up to the plate doing your
job defending this nation against the oath breaking elected-elite, who coincidentally are serving their elected
terms under gross fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract and a host of unlawful activity.
Both myself and millions of Americans would like you to sign and affirm your original oath of office, post it
online whether by video or simple posting in any social media outlet and label it #MEALERpledge so America
can search it out and see where you stand in regards to following the law or assisting the law breakers. We can restore
our nation and become prosperous with opportunity for all, so we can get back to work in a free society. I am not
asking for anything new or different from you, but merely that you agree to uphold your own oath, perhaps
oaths if you've served the military. You have taken to defend the law against all enemies foreign or domestic.
Will you step up to the plate and publicly re-take your Oath of Office for Americans and defy the elected-elite who've
unlawfully violate their oaths and choose globally traded corporations over the people who've elected them to office?
America will expect a response within 45 days and I will make certain it becomes well known, where you stand.
When ANY Oath is taken and then violated it is done by one of two ways; A) Intentionally OR, B) Ignorance.
Either way, we need neither tyrants nor ignorant elected officials writing or enforcing laws across the USA.
