ENGAGE comes in three packages:
ENGAGE CORE: is the low end solution based on UBLUE connect. I Combines all necessary basic features into one simple and integrated solution.
Licencing is based on named users. It’s typically positioned as a inbound voice only solution.
ENGAGE ADVANCED: is a dedicated engage solution that can be used with or without UBLUE CONNECT. It has a rich list of features and can be expanded, such as additional channels.
ENGAGE COMPLETE: contains all the option + it allow for additional integrations.
Important is that both ADVANCED and COMPLETE are licenced based on CONCURRENT users. This means that you only pay for real usage. So you need LESS licences compared to named user licencing as some competitors do.
