Responsibilities include:
1) Reports to Project Director on project status, budget planning and forecast, risk areas,
improvement initiatives and resource planning.
2) Manages multiple concurrent projects of €2.5M value with local and various Asia-Pacific clients,
comprising 6 EPC projects amounting about €2M. €4.5M worth of projects have been delivered.
3) Manages projects from initiation to completion including site surveys, project design and
proposal, procurement, manufacturing, testing, delivery and post sales activities.

With Keppel Singmarine Pte Ltd.
Responsibilities include:
1) Tendered for a power generation EPC project in Myanmar, Yangon, in collaboration with Keppel
Infrastructure, worth over $100 million.
2) Evaluated business opportunities with conglomerates by conducting due diligence exercise and
determining the profitability through budgeting and forecasting.
3) Formulated preliminary budget by conducting bid analysis for all major and minor equipment
from different vendors including power generators, electrical house, auxiliary power utilities and
cable installation works etc.
1 Jan 2013 to 15 May 2016 : Assistant Project Manager
With Keppel Singmarine Pte Ltd.
Responsibilities include:
1) Delivered a high-specification, state-of-the-art Deepwater Derrick Lay Vessel, DLV2000, to Hydro
Marine Services, a subsidiary of McDermott International equipped with 2000MT crane, S-Lay
capability, DP3 compliant dynamic positioning system and 401 persons living quarters.
(In compliance with: ABS, HEAVYLIFT, CAP437, DPS3, HAB, ACCU, UWILD, ENVIRON+, PMP) for a
project valued over $300 million.
2) Assigned Lead Project Manager for the EPC of 401-person living quarters for DLV 2000.
3) Overseen and directed the project from conception to completion over 3.5 years, supervising all
onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations,
contract specifications and quality control.
4) Championed the complex design and construction of the first hybrid living quarters comprising
modular and conventional cabins for new build vessel in Keppel Singmarine.
5) Prepared internal and external weekly reports for project sponsors and clients pertaining to new
developments in scope of work, schedule, cost estimates and risk mitigation.
6) Negotiated all terms of agreements and contracts in hiring of contractors and obtained the best
propositions in favour of the company.
7) Established a new document controlling team by recruiting new hires, setting up new processes,
communicating with various stakeholders to resolve misalignments and monitoring progress to
enable a more efficient workflow.
8) Effectively monitors and control project progress and efficient resource utilization.
9) Review and award of sub-contractor tender bids for the construction of the living quarters and
navigation bridge by going through all specific technical and contract specifications with sub-
contractor’s engineering and construction leads to ensure that it is included in the scope of
supply.
10) Managed the work flow and assignment of work for assigned sub-contractors for living quarters
to ensure there is no overlap of work activities, work flow of different contractors is planned and
coordinated so that there is no downtime in execution process.
11) Chaired engineering and production meeting with internal team and customer on a weekly basis
to communicate project progress, project targets, project issues and look-ahead plans and
ensure mutual understanding of the requirements and expectation between customer and our
engineering team.
12) Managed the selection and approval of all compartment layouts, building materials, furniture,
colour scheme with customer.
13) Tackled design and construction issues on site with contractors, project team and customer daily
to ensure minimum downtime to project schedule.
14) Negotiating and resolution of contractual conflicts with contractors and vendors to ensure the
project is kept within budget.
15) Assigned lead for the daily Vessel Safety Coordination Committee meeting. Oversee daily
construction activities. Responsible for the coordination and issuance of permits of daily vessel
construction activities in ensuring the continuous execution of the project work plans and the
prevention of incompatible activities in maintaining the paramount safety of the project.
16) Assigned safety lead for project. Perform safety audits in project and drive team for hazard
reporting. Responsible for the weekly safety walkthroughs on board vessel, fabrication
workshops and general yard premises to identify safety hazards and good practices. Investigate
and reporting of all safety incidents during project execution.
17) Assigned Safety-In-Charge (SIC) for all safety and evacuation drills on board. Responsible for the
coordination and execution of drills on board as well as post-event SWOT analysis.
18) Electrical lead for the management of standards, installation and commissioning for electrical
systems on board. Chaired weekly electrical production meeting to coordinate and resolve
design and construction issues with electrical production leads and customer. Conduct weekly
electrical walkthroughs at site with customer and electrical team to constantly monitor that
electrical systems are installed within ABS and CP5 standards.
Attended factory acceptance test for 720VAC and 480VAC Electrical Drives and Transformers in
ABB factories in Switzerland, Italy and Finland.
19) Lead Planner for the planning of overall project schedule. Formulated project schedule sequence
with over 5000 work activities with Microsoft Project. Worked with team of various disciplinary
trades in the assignment of resources and sequencing of all work packages for the overall
construction plan. Perform risk management by constantly monitoring the critical path of the
project and flagging out potential risks to customer and management efficiently.
20) Organizer and coordinator for all project milestone events such as strike steel ceremony, Keel
Laying ceremony, Vessel Launching Ceremony, Vessel Naming Ceremony and Team-Building
sessions for project team and customers.
1 Jan 2012 to 1 Jan 2013 : Senior Project Engineer
With Keppel Singmarine Pte Ltd.
Responsibilities include:
1) Delivered three 50-Ton & 75-Ton Bollard Pull Tugboats (about US$30M).
2) Managed the execution and completion of all construction, installation and commissioning of
multi-disciplinary work activities including hull construction, paint works, installation and
commissioning of electrical, mechanical and piping disciplines in compliance to contractual
requirements and shipbuilding standards.
3) Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of all work activities.
4) Chaired daily vessel safety coordination committee meeting. Responsible for the approval of
work permits, monitoring incompatible activities and safety of work activities on board vessel
and fabrication workshops. Effective Planning and execution of work activities in accordance to
project schedule. Track and monitor project progress and re-deploy resources and manpower to
ensure that the project stays on schedule.
5) Electrical lead for the project. Evaluated and reviewed the design and construction viability of
the electrical single line diagrams, general arrangement of equipment and site layouts.
6) Responsible for the planning and execution of daily work activities for electrical sub-contractors
for equipment installations, cable installation and termination works.
7) Deployment of electrical engineers and vendor service engineers for the commissioning for all
electrical equipment.
8) Responsible for the quality control and assurance of all electrical works on board. Ensure that
electrical installations and testing are done accordingly to regulatory and customer standards.
9) Supervised a team of 30 electrical workers and multiple contractors in the completion of
electrical construction, testing and commissioning works whilst administering due diligence in
safety regulations, electrical standards and quality control.
10) Overseen the design, mechanical installation and commissioning of all electrical systems such as
main generator (Caterpillar), Emergency generator (Cummins), Thrusters System (Voith), 380V
main switchboards (Terasaki), 220VAC and 24VDC distribution systems, fire detection, lighting,
communication and navigation systems.
11) Attended Factory Acceptance Test for Main Generator (Caterpillar) at test field to witness full
function test and endurance test.
12) Preparation of delivery documents comprising engineering drawings, regulatory certificates and
equipment manuals.
13) Organized key milestone events for strike steel, keel laying, launching and naming ceremony.
14 Jun 2010 to 1 Jan 2012 : Electrical Engineer
With Keppel Singmarine Pte Ltd.
Responsibilities include:
1) Electrical production lead for project.
2) Led a team of over 100 electrical workers in the completion of electrical works for all systems
comprising cable installation and termination, quality inspections, commissioning in accordance
to single line diagrams and equipment layouts.
3) Conducted tool-box meeting for electrical workers to ensure that hazards of electrical works to
be performed are conveyed effectively daily.
4) Coordinate supply chain management and procure required materials and tools for the project.
5) Main testing engineer for meggering of all 6.6kV cables on board prior to installation. Conducted
Hi-Pot tests for all MV cables on 6.6kV Converteam Switchboards
6) Prepared and led testing for Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) of navigation system during
vessel sea-trial test.

Responsibilities include: 1) Tendered for a power generation EPC project in Myanmar, Yangon, in collaboration with Keppel Infrastructure, worth over $100 million. 2) Evaluated business opportunities with conglomerates by conducting due diligence exercise and determining the profitability through budgeting and forecasting. 3) Formulated preliminary budget by conducting bid analysis for all major and minor equipment from different vendors including power generators, electrical house, auxiliary power utilities and cable installation works etc. 1 Jan 2013 to 15 May 2016 : Assistant Project Manager With Keppel Singmarine Pte Ltd. Responsibilities include: 1) Delivered a high-specification, state-of-the-art Deepwater Derrick Lay Vessel, DLV2000, to Hydro Marine Services, a subsidiary of McDermott International equipped with 2000MT crane, S-Lay capability, DP3 compliant dynamic positioning system and 401 persons living quarters. Responsibilities include: 1) Delivered three 50-Ton & 75-Ton Bollard Pull Tugboats (about US$30M). 2) Managed the execution and completion of all construction, installation and commissioning of multi-disciplinary work activities including hull construction, paint works, installation and commissioning of electrical, mechanical and piping disciplines in compliance to contractual requirements and shipbuilding standards. 3) Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of all work activities.

Responsible for the approval of work permits, monitoring incompatible activities and safety of work activities on board vessel and fabrication workshops. Effective Planning and execution of work activities in accordance to project schedule. Track and monitor project progress and re-deploy resources and manpower to ensure that the project stays on schedule. 5) Electrical lead for the project. Responsibilities include: 1) Electrical production lead for project. 2) Led a team of over 100 electrical workers in the completion of electrical works for all systems comprising cable installation and termination, quality inspections, commissioning in accordance to single line diagrams and equipment layouts. 3) Conducted tool-box meeting for electrical workers to ensure that hazards of electrical works to be performed are conveyed effectively daily. 4) Coordinate supply chain management and procure required materials and tools for the project. 5) Main testing engineer for meggering of all 6.6kV cables on board prior to installation.
