Leadership
As a student taking up a demanding academic course with maintaining averages, it would have
been difficult to admit one’s-self to some other responsibilities but leadership has always been my
passion. Being the Regional Vice President for Non Academics, I was in-charge of all the events,
meetings, assemblies and conventions of the Western Visayas Federation of Junior Philippine
Institute of Accountants. I’ve learned how to compartmentalize data and manage time effectively,
direct my team and be able to tap resources and manpower efficiently.
Being also the Cultural Committee Head of La Salle’s JPIA, I headed events and productions that
were dedicated to showcase the talents and passion of the Accountancy students beyond the books
and numbers. The creativity and resourcefulness of my committee and their dedication to the
common cause helped me into staging successful and rewarding programs.
Right after graduation, I dedicated myself into helping local businesses and companies with their
accounting information systems, my simple way of giving back to the community.

Motivation and Ambition
I am able to perform well in dynamic and high-pressure environments as I am competitive with a
strong drive to succeed. An example of this is the way I was able to balance work and study during
my University days. I was into cheering competitions inter club and province wide, assigned to
choreography and music editing and still be able to meet all assignments, projects and deadlines. I
was also an athlete during my high school days; a rhythmic gymnast competing division, regional
and national meets and still be able to finish top of my class.
