6/2011 – Present – ION Media - Solutions Architect - Express technical support and staff augmentation providing a full
range of on-site network support services.Our mission is to provide our customers with prompt, reliable, and cost-effective
technology services. Responsibilities include the design, management, and implementations of highly available and secure net work
solutions. Worked closely with the Network Engineering Supervisor to provide daily maintenance and support of network
assignment. Lead engineer responsible for management of the Network Engineering and Support group, analyzing workflow,

01/2009 – 12/2011 AMC Contract IT Engineer - Short term contract to AMC Theatres for national VoIP convergence.
Primary role during this engagement was to assist in setup,installation, support,and maintenance of numerous Theatre related digital
systems,POS, DTDS, DTMS, DMB, LEN, VBO, DBO, complete network backbone, Sony 4k projection, and various related systems.
Performed core upgrades to network facilities in preparations for the new voice network. Created RFP to Install Cisco Unified
Communications with centralized call processing for more than 150 remote locations. Managed post sale projects for network
addressing,hardware replacement, new facility additions, IOS compatibility, and assistance in multi-service installations.
6/2008 – 01/2009 King County OIRM (Office of Internal Resource Mgmt)- As Resource Manager for the county I
assisted in organizing, planning, scheduling and overseeing the day-to-day ongoing maintenance and support ofKing County's
enterprise network. Assisted in developing and directing program and project plans, defining and overseeing County LAN/WAN
project implementations such as: overseeing the validation, engineering and maintenance documentation for all new, existing and
proposed transport,switch and collocation and other auxiliary facilities and hardware to ensure ready access to network configuration
data. Maintained accurate workflow database for all documentation and records of network hardware/software configurations and
topology upgrades.Provided high-level technical support for King County's local and wide area networks.
10/2006 – 6/2008 - IBM Global Technology Solutions -Cisco IP Telephony Architect - During this position, I split
my time between pre-sales technical support and client project delivery for Cisco, Avaya,Nortel, 3Com, and IBM VOIP solutions.
Generally, over the course of a calendar year, approximately 70% of the year was spent in pre-sales technical support.During this
assignment, I worked with sales teams on account opportunities to develop proposals and sales responses to IBM customer reque sts.
This was generally in-person meetings with the client to learn their business and technical requirements for IPC. As a part of the pre-
sales support,I was required to develop a high-level design and a project plan and approach for the labor-based services required as
well as to generate a detailed bill of materials. During post sales hand off, I would also engage on client projects for solution delivery.
In many cases,the client projects would require travel Monday through Friday or in some cases would allow for Monday through
Thursday for the duration of the project. Assisted IBM customers by analyzing design alternatives and recommending technical
solutions. Provided network designs and managed network implementations using IBM approved contract labor. Selected technic al
resources for projects and monitored the scope of work to provide status updates to the Business Units. Assigned project lead
engineers and managed multiple projects including developing project plans and schedules,allocating resources and providing status

2/2005 - 7/2006 – Dimension Data - Cisco VOIP Solutions Architect- Primary responsibilities were to
Architect/Design and execute Cisco VOIP solutions and technical responses to (65%) private and (35%) public sectors.Evaluate d
customer Requests for Proposals (RFP) and architect concise technical responses for the network monitoring and maintenance
services. I have recent experience VOIP installations with LAN/WAN assessments and network upgrades to provide IP Telephony
readiness for Enterprise Call Centers. My responsibilities were to ensure hardware procurement and application support for Call
Manager and IPCC solutions. As needed my secondary roles were to coordinate the appropriate stakeholders (Legal, Operations,
Sales, Executive Management, and External Partners) within the United States and internationally. I have designed countless VOIP
solutions with revenue values typically in the single-digit millions. My largest winning solution delivered was: $100M Solution for
Eli Lilly for their global VOIP installation. Pricing included hardware and installation with managed services support for network
monitoring and maintenance of all IPCC and Critical Call Center devices. Delivered fault tolerant solutions to DiData customers by
analyzing and implementing network security solutions on Cisco firewalls, routers, and switches. I have managed implementation
teams to deliver customer solutions in complex network environments of one thousand (1000) or more nodes. Assisted in planning
and executing the integration of the services into DiData's Network/ Security Operations Center ( NOC / SOC ) Provided direct

12/2002- 2/2005 - TekSystems - Sr. Solutions Architect - Architect I was assigned to develop network solutions and
provided technical expertise to assist sales professionals. Assisted account managers with defining and qualifying customer SLA
requirements against current Delivery capabilities. Networks were designed to be fully redundant,and fault tolerant within cross-
platform capabilities. I helped define notification procedures for the Network Operation Center (NOC) setup and support for new
customers as outlined in "ITIL" approach for service management. I delivered root cause analysis in support of problem and incident
management to determine business impacts to customers. Tools utilized: HP OpenView Operations for Windows and Unix, OV
Reporter, OV Internet Services, OV Service Information Portal,Service Navigator, CiscoWorks, Network Node ManagerSMARTS,
Panacya,Smart Plug-insfor AD, Exchange, PeopleSoft,WebLogic, etc. Secondary roles as Project manager were required and
responsibilities included the design and implementation of network solutions for TekSystem customer solutions. Provided leadership
and direction during project delivery to ensure completion of tasks and adherence to on-site procedures. This included project

9/2000- 12/2002- NEC (Business Networks Division) - Sr Network Engineer - Working with this Cisco Gold
Partner. I was responsible for the design and technical support for NEC-BNS Cisco Sales Force. I also attended all executive sales
calls to the customer as their Sr. Cisco network design and implementation expert. Requirements were to meet with several different
accounts simultaneously to ensure technical specifications and accuracy for NEC Cisco sales and product delivery.
10/99 - 9/2000 - Level 3 Communications - Network Engineer. - Primary responsibilities were to provide Design and
Implementation support for Level 3 LAN/WAN/CMS Systems. Setup and configured local and wide area network devices for security
and redundancy through new frame-relay network to NOC (Network Operations Center). Installed multiple point-to-point tunnels on
Cisco routers for monitoring LAN/WAN network devices utilizing SNMP traps sent to HP OpenView and Cisco Works Servers at 3
Omaha headquarters and all remote locations.
11/97 - 10/99 - Cisco Systems Inc. - TAC- Network Specialist. - I worked for Cisco TAC (Technical Access Center) and
Cisco CRC (Customer Response Center). I received customer calls for technical support for Cisco TAC on all SMB IOS products
small/medium business,700 series up to 3600 series routers and all Catalyst series switches. My responsibilities were to res olve TAC
cases for Cisco Customers entitled under SmartNet Maintenance contract agreements. Over a period of two years I successfulresolved
more than 1500 TAC cases and designed or configured thousands Cisco routers and switches and otherLAN/WAN devices.TAC
cases required us to assist customers in identifying improperly configured devices by troubleshooting IP network d esign conflicts and
routing issues,or resolving other network outages and performance degradations. RMA Support was extended under Cisco's
SmartNet advanced replacement contracts to expedite equipment for failed hardware. Many TAC cases required IOS version updates
through remote setup and configuration of network devices, and included remote training of Cisco customers on equipment opera tion
and maintenance. Each TAC case was considered resolved only by customer complete satisfaction through "BINGO" cus tomer
response forms. I received several awards and a plaque from Cisco Systems through TAC's "BINGO" program, for holding the high est
customer satisfaction ratings on the SMB-US team for "timeliness of problem solution" and "overall case resolution".
6/96 - 4/97 - Contact Network - Network Engineer -Major responsibilities were to troubleshoot Remote Access problems
encountered by regional employees of VHA Inc. Installed, configured, and supported GroupWise and GroupWise Remote. I also
helped to setup terminal sessions to remote locations for frame relay configuration staging on Cisco 2521 series routers.
6/94-11/96 - Texas Instruments – Network Engineer - Major responsibilities were to troubleshoot remote access
problems encountered by regional employees of Texas Instruments. I performed installation procedures for Win 95, NT 3.51 and NT
4.0 operation systems. Traveled to remote sites overseas and assisted in the MAC (moves/adds/changes)on devices attached to Texas
Instruments global fully meshed frame-relay network with connections to 22 remote cities in 11 countries including Prague, Salzburg,
Stockholm, Labuan, Belarus, Munich, Paris, Berlin, Bucharest, and Strasbourg.
