Pre assessment information To receive an email from L&D with guidelines , submission date & email addresses for submission Submission date is – within 72 hours from Soft Skills Part 1 Ex – if SS Part 1 is on 17th Aug , then submit by 20th Aug - Record a 7 mins video using mobile phone ( please do not use MS teams or any such other thing ) - Speak on any 2 of the 3 topics as though you are being interviewed by a Senior Project Manager in Capgemini - Send the recording from Google Drive to the email addresses mentioned in the email Subject line – Batch name – SS Part 1 – Pre assessment Kindly refrain from using FTS , etc. as it may cause access issues 1) Tell me about a challenging project of yours & what is the project all about / your role in it 2) Explain 1 concept of any technical topic you are aware of 3) If you will write a book for others to read , what would be the topic & why It is an assessment, so we are interested in seeing the skills : Thought process ,communication skills , Non verbal communication , Confidence , Explanation skills , clarity of message & attitude / mindset Common email for all batches is sent from email address -supriti.phani@capgemini.com / supriti.phani@gmail.com

Soft Skills –Foundation Part 4 is an Assessment • Your entire team should receive an email from L & D team with guidelines for this • This email must be received by all atleast 7 days before the date of Soft Skills –Foundation Part 4 • The method is a LIVE virtual presentation by you on a technical concept you have learnt in your Learning Journey & tool to be used is a PPT Time of assessment – 9 am – 6 pm , could exceed to 6:30 pm Attendance is mandatory during the day of assessment • If for some reasons , you do not receive an email – please take responsibility to inform Supriti Phani @ supriti.phani@capgemini.com The subject line should be accurate so your email is actioned upon
