I joined Skillsoft in 2005 and have steadily progressed to my current level of responsibility. I spent the first two
yearsof my career at Skillsoft as a BusinessAnalyst.In 2008, I waspromoted to Senior Business Analyst. In 2012,
I was promoted to Sales Operations Manager. In February 2015, my team was expanded to include pricing and
the RFPteam and I waspromoted to SeniorManager, Sales Operations. As a part of Skillsoft's Sales Operations
team, I've played a critical role in five of the company’s acquisitions, the take-private transaction in May 2010
and the subsequent sale to our current ownership, Charterhouse Capital Partners, LLP, in May 2014.
Senior Manager, Sales Operations
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Global Sales Operations and Services, I manage several functions
essential toproviding world-classcustomer service and sales force productivity. Global sales operations under
my directioninclude territoryplanning,salesperformanceanalysis and reporting, quota setting, compensation
plan design and administration, pricing and RFP's. In this role, I work closely with internal and external
stakeholders to ensure efficient operation and success. Detailed responsibilities include:
Design, implement and manage sales forecasting, planning, and pricing processes to ensure they are
appropriately integrated with other processes employed within the firm.
Responsible for equitably assigningsales force quotas to ensure the company’s financial objectives are
optimally allocated to all sales channels and establish sales compensation program rules, policies, and
procedures.
Provide counsel to sales management in implementing sales organization objectives that appropriately reflect
the company’s business goals. Align reporting and incentive programs with these performance management
priorities.
Conducting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and help integrate acquired company’s contracts and
financials into Skillsoft’s financial and order fulfillment systems.
Manage and direct the RFP team and related applications, processes and procedures.

Financial Analyst / Sales Analyst
Prepared a monthly report deck for the executive leadership team to assist them in making key business
decisions. The report deck analyzed revenue trends and organic growth over prior years, product and
customer trends, as well as performance for key business divisions.
Provided ad-hoc reports for the commercial sales organization in order to assistthem with their territory
