I want to endorse one of our interns; Jenna Schroth. Jenna has been working at our
Non-profit for the past several months thru an internship at Ohio State.
She is a very competent and bright young woman that I would love to have stay with
us now that she has graduated. In the course of her time here, she has primarily
assisted our event coordinator with his tasks for the two big shows we do annually.
1) The GAMA Trade show (a closed professional event to connect retail stores to
manufacturers)
2) Origins Game Fair (an open to the public consumer show that hosts over
39,000 people turnstile in Columbus, OH at the Greater Columbus
Convention center)
The specific activities that I would like to highlight are:
 She has contacted companies and businesses to secure funding for events
and activities on site at both events
 She created email blasts to reach Sponsors, partners and consumers
 She created professional power point presentations for me to use at the Trade
show to speak to the membership and to use in my presentation panels
 She assisted in the day to day administrative activities involved in preparing
for our events
I have found her to be a quick study, very professional, and, unlike most of our
interns, she has the ability to work independently.
