Functional:
 Conducting Physical Inventory on yearly basis and Perpetual Inventory of all A/B/C Class components (numbering
32000 parts) as per customer’s instruction.
 VOR order processing and follow-up for procurement of VOR material from plant till final dispatch to customer.
 Processing of Returns (Reverse Logistics) and subsequent action of later disposal through auction / Second Sale.
 Retrieving and compiling data from system and generating periodic MIS reports for management and Client.
 Processing and resolving customer claims and subsequent feedback to management and customer.
 Monitoring W/h Inventory on regular intervals to avoid over-stocking/under stocking through effective use of
inventory management tools.
 Taking reports on Receipt, Tcf, Biw, Engine, Bulk and Vanning area.
 Handling all TML CKD operational activities.
 Joined the project in Greenfield stage and with the team effort we are daily achieving the production target.
 Defining max min level of inventory on the basis of their Lead time and Lot size
 Redefined the inventory norms for all the items by using the PFEP.
 Improving the teamwork, validating & implementing lots of KAIZEN’s towards the time saving, money saving, at
plant level in stores.
 Co-ordinates all 3PL Activities related to receipt, stores, line delivery and dispatches.
