Thoughts On Workplace Injuries
I feel like it would be very simple to teach new workers how
to avoid being injured on site. However, most companies do not
put in the proper amount of time nor money to properly teach
there workers about how to avoid injury during work. During
work if new workers slowed down instead of rushing many
injuries would be prevented

How To Avoid Workplace Injuries?
Many injuries can be avoided if workers slowed down during
there work. Especially in more dangerous work sites such as
construction. In some cases however it is impossible to prevent
accidents that no one can predict. More breaks would reduce
injuries because workers would be less tired and drowsy. Safer
working conditions would obviously reduce the amount of
injuries that occur.

Why Workplace Injuries Occur
I believe workplace injuries occur because most people
entering the workforce feel rushed. Another reason is that they
are inexperienced. Some workers enter there job without
knowing the risks that come with a certain job. Others ignore
safety protocols thinking it is a waste or time. Accidents happen,
but they usually occur because a worker made a mistake due to
inexperience, is rushing or tiredness.
