  4. 4. 4QSM [JP] [RB] 2013 © 2010 The National Graduate School of Quality Management  Picking person not being able to focusing on picking only.  Mark feels overwhelmed by paper work and inventory issues, and not being giving a clear directive and time to help out warehouse.  James feels more help is needed at times.  Jeff feels he is better suited in only doing deliveries.  Ken says he is not being told enough of what needs to be done.  Inadequate training for warehouse crew as an individual and as a team.  Resistance to change by some warehouse crew.  Inventory location not systematic for effective picking flow.  Little or no bay maintenance. 4 Affinity Current Situation Analysis: Warehouse
