1. Scheduling a meeting using Fuze

Click on start a meeting Click on this button or start a meeting straight away (start new meeting)
Add the email then add a comma, This will then be show as below.
This is in Preferences – email notification/timezone options
You can decide to have
them join the session
automatically or not.
Once you click save it
will send an email to
them either via your own
email or the Fuze email
server, see below. We
suggest you copy
yourself in too, to check
the response.The My
default email client is
better as Fuze server can
go into spam sometimes.
