2. This school year 2020-2021 brought a lot of changes. One of the major
changes in the country is the new set-up in education. For this, DepEd introduced
the LDM Course. This course provides knowledge to deliver education to learners
in this new normal setting by using Self-Learning Modules.
Teachers reached this far and were able to cope up with the challenges
and demands they are facing in this distance learning situation because of the
learning they gained in LDM Course.
This Practicum Portfolio contains MOV’s that we have used in this school
year in delivering our lessons despite of this pandemic. It contains various
artifacts like WHLP, ILMP, Worksheets, LAS, certificates and even the conversation
made with the parents and learners.

One’s goal in life is to become the most and best we can become. In this time of pandemic, I have come to realize that
change is everywhere and unstoppable. Being a teacher, this change is a big challenge to us. Questions and doubts on how to
deliver quality education is our number one problem. Do we have the means? Could every learner be able to cope up with this new
normal? It’s a challenge. It’s a struggle. It’s a lot to absorb. It’s a lot to take in. But with the help of DepEd and of our leaders this
challenge was made easy.
The LDM Course was a big help in preparing us teachers in this new challenge. To sustain and bring education to our
learners this course was able to equipped me to make all necessary adjustments, give all needed assistance and guidance for our
learners and parents as well. As an educator my attitude in facing all the challenges in this time of pandemic made me more
sensitive and considerate in addressing the needs of each learner. The online, modular and blended modality was made easy with
this course.
This course is a big help in preparing teachers in the new set up in education.
