(STB’s). Involved in Conditional Access Management database server upgrades and OS migration from Unix to
Linux. Served as pivotal point of contact between Cisco/NDS and DirecTV around technical issues and support
provided to 30 million users nationwide.
Coordinated with 8 client senior managers regarding business strategy and priorities. Guided development and
testing of new features for Cisco/NDS STBs and directed troubleshooting of related issues reported by consumers.

support of the U.S. Air Force’s planned migration from Milstar to higher security TSAT communication satellites.
