Vouchers, you can save money on childcare. It's a salary
sacrifice scheme, so you can save on income tax and
National Insurance. Depending on your tax bracket, you
can get up to £243 of vouchers a month.

Working from home 100% of the time doesn't work for
everyone, and neither does working in the office 100%
of the time. We've found a hybrid model to be most
effective for our team, so once you reach Talent
Consultant you manager will arrange a work pattern to
give you at least 1 day working from home each week.
Flexible Working
Managing a busy work schedule and balancing life’s
challenges has never been more important. When you
reach Managing Consultant level you’re entitled to
manage your schedule as you see fit to maximize
your productivity.

Gym Membership
A healthy employee is a happy employee! From Senior
Consultant level, you benefit from fully paid corporate
membership to Waterside Leisure Club, Didsbury's
Premier Spa and Fitness Centre or a contribution to a
wellbeing activity or membership of your choice to the
value of £500.
Buy Extra Holiday
Need extra time off but have maxed out your holiday
allowance? No problem! Provided you give minimum 1
month notice, this benefit allows you to buy up to 5
extra days holiday per year.
It’s simple! If you choose to buy extra holiday there will
be a reduction in your salary to the value of the number
of days holiday you have bought.
