Vouchers, you can save money on childcare. It's a salary
sacrifice scheme, so you can save on income tax and
National Insurance. Depending on your tax bracket, you

of the time. We've found a hybrid model to be most
effective for our team, so once you reach Talent
Consultant you manager will arrange a work pattern to
give you at least 1 day working from home each week.
Flexible Working
Managing a busy work schedule and balancing life’s

reach Managing Consultant level you’re entitled to
manage your schedule as you see fit to maximize
your productivity.

Buy Extra Holiday
