1. Treatment – After Hours
Concept
As college finishes, everyone leaves the building leaving only one boy
walking to the car park when he gets a text off his mum saying she will
be late picking him up. He sits on a bench and waits to be picked up
when his friend comes up behind him and scares him. As he bends over
to recover from the shock his friend has vanished and as he is panicking
to look for him he runs behind the college to try and find his friend.
Once he is at the back of the college he sees his friend sat on a bench
but once walks towards him he realises it is his dead body sat on the
bench and his body laid on the floor the table that is currently in a
phone call. He slowly walks towards the bench and picks up the phone,
asking who is on the other line. Suddenly for no apparent reason the boy
collapses. He wakes up in a room with the body of his friend in the
corner. He starts worrying and sees the door is slightly open so he goes
towards it. The door shuts and we see from the outside of the room as
the boy is freaking out. He gets forced down and is screaming and the
final shot is of brad walking out of the room, blood on his hands as he
shuts the door behind him and walks off down the corridor.

2. Shot 15 – Close up of the phone as we see there is a call underway
Shot 16 – Medium shot as James picks up phone and collapses
Shot 17 – Point of view shot as James falls onto the floor
Shot 18 – Dark room, James wakes up sat against the wall
Shot 19 - Side shot, pushes focus to Brad curled up in the corner
Shot 20– Medium shot, James sees door is slightly open so he stands up
and walks over, door closes
Shot 21 – Close up from outside of door as James bangs on the door and
gets dragged under. 5 seconds go by and the door opens as Brad walks
out with blood on his hands wiping them with a towel and he throws the
towel on the floor

Technical Information
Set – In present day
Rating – 15
Sequence running time – Approximately 2 minutes
Wardrobe- Mainly normal clothing that people would wear on a normal
college day. This will make it more believable as the day was ordinary
and things only start to happen After Hours.
Location – Hartlepool 6th Form College
The location we chosen to use is the college, as it needs to look like a
normal college day. We are going to use the front of the college for the
shots when he is walking out towards the gates and until he runs round
the back. The back of the college will be used for the shots when he runs
away to find his friend and then we will use a dark room inside the
college for the room after he passes out outside.
