I am Introducing National Standard Finance (NSF) activities.
NSF acting as a credit base investor and do lease base transactions taking an equity position in
the Assets in which NSF invest and then lease this investment back to a credit worthy entity
trusting that the entity will provide and make the lease payment for the term of the contract as
scheduled Monthly, Quarterly Or Semiannually, where upon the completion of that term the Assets
reverts back in ownership to the original sponsor.
No additional cost will be applied, NSF fully amortize the investment during the term of the lease.
The operation and control of the assets in which NSF takes ownership during that term is 100% in
the hands of the lessee they totally responsible for it they can practically do what every they would
like to do with it during the term that is completing the construction, operation and maintenance.
All what NSF care about is unconditional commitment that NSF will receive there lease payment
during the term agreed upon. Our requirement for an acceptable investment-grade guarantor is
absolute in all of our transactions.
The amount to be financed is not material for NSF, got no significant effect in any big transaction.
Project funding model is superior to the global market for infrastructure projects in two critical
categories: cost of funds (at least 50% lower) and term of lease (25 - 30 years vs. average of 10).
In other world the structure providing 100% funding of project costs plus the associated benefits to
the sponsor; specifically, fixed low cost of funds, long-term amortization, no profits participation and
no equity sharing on the back-end of the transaction.
