4. HISTÓRIA DA SEGURANÇA DO
TRABALHO NO BRASIL
No Brasil, a história da segurança do trabalho começa em 1919,
quando surgiu a Lei n° 3.724 com as primeiras regulamentações
sobre acidentes de trabalho no país.
Em seguida, houve a criação da FUNDACENTRO (Fundação
Jorge Duprat Figueiredo de Segurança e Medicina do Trabalho),
em 1966, que difundiu as medidas de prevenção de acidentes.
Em 1943, o presidente Getúlio Vargas iniciou o processo de
direitos trabalhistas com a criação da Consolidação das Leis do
Trabalho (CLT).

A criação das Normas Regulamentadoras
(CNRs)
As primeiras normas regulamentadoras (NRs) foram criadas em
1977 pela Lei nº 6.514, com intuito de regulamentar os
procedimentos obrigatórios relacionados à segurança e saúde
do trabalhador.
A partir de então, em 1978 as NRs foram criadas. E antes delas,
o número de acidentes e adoecimentos ligados ao trabalho era
muito maior.

7. Que é Segurança do Trabalho ?
A segurança do trabalho pode ser entendida como os
conjuntos de medidas que são adotadas visando a
minimizar os acidentes de trabalho, doenças
ocupacionais, bem como proteger a integridade física

O PGR, o fim do PPRA e as mudanças das NR-1 e NR-9 para 2021
A alteração que diz respeito ao fim da exigência do PPRA (Programa
de Prevenção de Riscos Ambientais) diante da sua substituição pelo
PGR (Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos).
A mudança é o de possibilitar um programa ocupacional mais
completo e dinâmico, uma vez que o PGR passaria a englobar e gerir
todos os riscos ocupacionais existentes no ambiente de trabalho, e
não somente os riscos físicos, químicos e biológicos. O PGR passa
a observar também os riscos ergonômicos e mecânicos.

1.5.4.2 Levantamento Preliminar de Perigos
Os perigos devem ser levantados em atividades existentes, antes do
início do funcionamento do estabelecimento e sempre que houver
mudanças nos processos e atividades de trabalho.
IMPORTANTE: Os perigos a serem levantados são os físicos,
químicos, biológicos, ergonômicos e de acidentes.

Consideram-se riscos ambientais os agentes físicos, químicos,

6.5.1 Cabe À Organização, Quanto
Ao EPI:
A)adquirir somente o aprovado pelo órgão de âmbito nacional competente em matéria de segurança e
saúde no trabalho;
b) orientar e treinar o empregado;
c) fornecer ao empregado, gratuitamente, EPI adequado ao risco, em perfeito estado de conservação e
funcionamento
