PORTABLE CABIN: Ready to install and
aesthetically pleasing shelters customized
for any type of uses. The units are made of
world class ZINCALUME & GALVANIZED
steel with posh interiors, integrated
electrical & furniture as per requirement.
The portable units can be customized to
include attached toilet & pantry with
concealed plumbing and sanitary fittings.
MATERIALS USE FOR PORTACABIN:
The skeleton or structure of the portable
units are made of galvanized ZINCALUME
high strength steel members, connected
with ‘C’ section, ‘Z’ section, and ‘I’ section
purlins.
Then the sheeting process starts. We use
various profiles of sheets. They are:
1. TRIMDEK,
2. CUSTOM ORB,
3. SPANDEK,
4. KLIPLOK,
5. FLEXICLAD,
6. PANELRIB, AND
7. DURASHINE
The sheet’s TMT is 0.45 mm and BMT is 0.50
mm.
Besides the above, as per customer’s
requirement we also use STYLWALL
interlock paneling system sheets for
façade mainly.
When the steel structure has sheeted with
rafters and claddings then the roof inner
liner and inside claddings also starts.
We use insulations on the roof and in the
walls as well. The insulation resists the heat
and cold. So even if the unit is not air
conditioned, people can still stay inside
the portable units.
